Cross Country Partners is a leading Property Development and lettings company, with a property portfolio of over £100 million.
Based in Nottingham, Founder and CEO Warjinder Khamba launched his passion for property into a feasible commercial operation at the age of 16.
After buying his first property in 2002, Mr Khamba started developing a property portfolio of 14 properties, resulting in a steady rental income. From there the mature decision was to take his passion and expert knowledge into property development full time.
Mr Khamba and his brother Tarjinder Khamba have gained a magnitude of experience from owning over 150 properties, as well
as being respected full time developers for a number of years.
Our aim is to expand our property portfolio to £250 million in assets under management, over the next five years. We plan on expanding the company and branching out further into the Midlands.
